How will I be charged for delivery?
Please refer to the chart above for charges by product & postal region.
Where multiple items are ordered, the first item delivery charge will be the item in your order with the highest charge with each additional item adding £1 to your delivery cost. Delivery will be calculated for your region automatically at checkout when your address is added.
When will I get my order?
As our items are handmade to order so some, such as the bespoke quilts, may take longer than others.
After you place your order through our website, we will contact you to advise when to expect your purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification email once your product(s) have been sent. Our items are sent by Royal Mail.
For full details of our delivery, please see clauses 10 - 13 in our Terms & Conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our fabrics often have large patterns (such as the Clan Tartans) in comparison to the size of the fabric used for a collar or lead. This can, therefore, affect the appearance of the finished product, depending on where in the pattern the fabric is cut for the item being made.
Whilst we take every care over the photography to display our images, they are for illustrative purposes only as we cannot guarantee your computer's display will reflect the colours accurately, so your product may vary slightly from the images shown.
What fabrics do you use?
We use quality fabrics to ensure our products stand up to normal wear and tear. That said, some fabrics are harder wearing than others, so a robust Harris Tweed for example will withstand more than a Polycotton. If your dogs are active adventurers, you may wish to bear this in mind when making your selection and choose products that can play as hard as they do
What is Harris Tweed?
The rare character and beauty of Harris Tweed is attributable to the fact that it is the only fabric produced in commercial quantities by truly traditional methods anywhere in the world. Soft, tactile, breathable, warm, colourful, sustainable, adaptable and hardwearing, our Harris Tweed products are offered in a range of patterns and shades.
We use only genuine Harris Tweed as defined by the Harris Tweed Act of 1993 and you can read more about it with the Harris Tweed Authority. All our Harris Tweed products carry labels with the mark of the official Orb.
How do I care for my Tartan Terror products?
With the correct care, our products should last many years.
How do we source our Clan Tartans?
We use only quality, genuine Clan Tartan fabrics that we source right here in Scotland as we are passionate about their heritage. We are members of the Scottish Tartans Authority who are dedicated to preserving, promoting and advancing Scottish Tartans - their origins, history, manufacture, use and development. You can find out more about tartans and the Authority by visiting their website.

How do I order text personalisation?
